CX Enterprise atlas

About the CX Enterprise atlas

An unofficial, sourced map of Adobe CX Enterprise (formerly Adobe Experience Cloud): 59 products and 4,298 entries (agents, capabilities, editions, integrations and APIs), each with its status, relations, links, licensing terms and sources.

Who wrote it

The atlas is written and maintained by , Adobe Champion and Adobe Certified Master. It is an independent community project, not an Adobe publication.

How it is kept accurate

How it is organised

Products are grouped into the 6 pillars Adobe introduced with CX Enterprise, or into Adobe's own product categories. Each product has a number and a two-letter symbol, like an element in a periodic table; these are the atlas's own labels, not Adobe's.

Brand Visibility

Being discoverable and relevant as discovery shifts from search engines to generative AI: web experiences, AI-search optimization, conversational brand experiences, commerce and advertising.

Customer Engagement

Personalized, contextual interactions orchestrated across channels in real time: customer data, analytics, journeys, campaigns, personalization and experimentation.

Content Supply Chain

Creating, managing and activating exponentially more content: planning and workflow, generative creation, asset management, review and delivery.

AI Platform & Orchestration

The shared agentic layer under all three pillars: Brand Intelligence, Engagement Intelligence, Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, CX Enterprise Coworker and the catalog of Adobe agents. Not one of Adobe's three named pillars; it is the foundation they share.

Shared Services & Administration

Cross-product services (not an Adobe pillar): the unified interface, Admin Console, user and product management, Audience Library, Customer Attributes, Triggers and Exchange Marketplace.

Developer & Extensibility

How customers and partners extend the platform (not an Adobe pillar): APIs, SDKs, App Builder, I/O Events, MCP servers and agent skills.
